We implemented the absence process, which it the process of registering human resources documents and the demand for personnel documents as well as the employee Business trip process.

As a result, it’s quicker and faster to plan our employess task, which allows us to save time we use to spend on the development of the company and supporting our clients. This tool is extremely convenient because we can use it anywhere in the world and what's more we can use it 24/7. The added value of the entire implementation is the satisfaction of employees because the settlement of the Business trip has never been so easy and quick. We implemented packages of document flow processes, Business trip processes, absence processes and a package of HR processes in the PKF Group.

The implementation of a package of document flow processes in our group significantly improved the flow of information, and thus enables more effective management of processes in the PKF Group companies. Thanks to PKF Agility, documents are automatically sent to the right people in different locations of the company, in accordance with the internal procedures of PKF Group. The implementation of employee absences and Business trip significantly improved project management i.e. (timesheets) carried out by our employees both at home and abroad. The HR processes package allows us to better manage aspects related to the employee's life cycle in the organization. This significantly affects the work of our managers who, thanks to the reduction of administrative work, managers are able to gain valuable time for operational activities. At the moment, we are conducting talks on the implementation of new processes that will allow us to eliminate duplicated work. We believe that these implementations will allow us to acquire new customers more effectively in the near future, and thus contribute to the growth of sales of our group's services.
