The order process
The ordering process aims to optimize the purchasing processes in the organization. Thanks to this process, the flow and acceptance of orders placed are significantly accelerated. By means of this process, central orders can be processed for the whole organization or for selected persons/departments. The ordering process also allows the selection of persons coordinating the delivery which is of particular importance in the case of companies with many branches/entities. The use of approval algorithms in accordance with the organizational structure and permissions granted facilitates the subsequent circulation of the invoice regarding such order.
