Employment and onboarding
The employment and onboarding process is used to systematize the employment of the employee and prepare him/her to take up a new position in the organization. The process is responsible for distributing activities/tasks related to the employment of an employee in all departments involved in the coordination of the onboarding process. The process is characterized by automatic notification of many departments about the new hire. Thanks to this process, the flow of information about the employment of the employee is improved so that on the first day of work the employee is able to carry out his tasks.
