Change in employment conditions
The process of changing employment conditions makes it possible to implement staff and payroll changes related to the employed employee. The change of data takes place in the form of an annex to the contract, which the employee receives and approves electronically - on the PKF Agility platform. In order to change the current conditions of work from the HR and payroll system, data from the employee file are collected, thanks to which the supervisor only fills in those fields that needs to be changed - eg salary amount, grade, department, etc. The aim of the process is to efficiently create an annex without the need to leave your desk, which then is automatically submitted to the HR and payroll system.
